What if I need my shoes back quicker than 72 hours?

No worries, D.A.D's shoe cleaning offers expedited services for an additional price. Just let us know that you would like to add on expedited services and we'll get your shoes back to you within 24 hours of drop-off.

Can I ship my shoes to you?

Absolutely. D.A.D's shoe cleaning does offer shipping options if you are in another state and in need of a cleaning. Contact us to arrange booking if you need to ship your items to us. 

What if I don't have a debit or credit card available when I am ready to book?

That's fine. You can still book online and selected the cash payment option. This will still put you on our calendar to lock your service in. However remember, the deposit will still need to be sent via CashApp within 24 hours of booking online and the remaining balance will then be due at drop-off prior to service. 

Why can't I book more than one special? 

You are able to book more than one special, the specials just have to be booked separately. Unfortunately, due to the website's design, booking specials are unable to be stacked into one cart. However, in order to avoid multiple card payments, when booking separate session just click the cash payment option and you can send your total deposit amount for each session via Cash App.
